"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE"
PEPI had to rebrand. I mean, seriously, could it be the ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE? They sure know how to take your cash, though. I forked over for a year back in March, and now it's May, and they won't give me a refund. I've been dealing with this problem for OVER A YEAR, and they still can't sort it out. Who knows how many clients I’ve lost because I couldn’t send my emails. I definitely wouldn’t recommend PEPI, and just a heads up, they’ve switched their name to NETCORE.

"AWFUL EXPERIENCE"
The support team is just awful, and overall, their service leaves a lot to be desired. We keep hearing the same issue from clients who say they’re not getting crucial emails from us. AVOID PEPIPOST/NETCORE AT ALL COSTS!

Reason - From our evaluation of the domain, we conclude that your mailing needs seem to be promotional, which might either breach our acceptable usage guidelines or be seen as spam by email service providers.

"Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered"
I've never come across such a terrible service in my life. I used SendGrid for a couple of years, but we had to move on due to issues with sending. Someone suggested we try this service, thinking it might be the answer to our problems. However, after we applied for acceptance, they turned us down, claiming we were mistaken. We needed to verify our .net domain, which redirects to our actual .com domain, because we noticed a bunch of folks on TrustPilot calling Pepipost a scam. They then insisted we add our original domain, but we declined for security reasons. I spoke with a guy named Adil from Pepipost, and honestly, it felt like he thought we were clueless. I spent an hour trying to explain things to him, but he just didn’t get it. Plus, it was frustrating to realize that this service doesn’t even have a phone number. We really hope they can clarify things without being condescending. If I could give a rating lower than one star, I absolutely would.

"Initially Great, But Then the Service Dipped"
At the beginning, their service was really good, but once you start forking over cash, it feels like they just don’t care anymore. I’ve been having a tough time with mail delivery issues and have chatted with the support team multiple times. Each time, I get the same old line: 'We’re working on it, and you’ll be updated.' Honestly, I’ve sent a bunch of emails that they haven’t even bothered to respond to. Now, their chat feature doesn’t even let me reply! They keep asking how they can assist, but I can’t get a word in. I’ve got screenshots and emails to back this up because it sounds wild, but this is how they treat their customers.

"Awesome support from the team!"
Navigating the user interface can be a bit tricky for newbies, but I managed to figure it out, only hitting a snag when my emails got flagged by Gmail.
I hesitantly reached out via the chat box, expecting a bot response. To my surprise, a real customer service rep replied right away, guiding me through the custom envelope setup in under 5 minutes!!
I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS IMPRESSED WITH AN ONLINE SERVICE.
I took off one star due to the somewhat unclear instructions during the setup.

"Sign Up Process is a Mess"
I attempted to set up a new account, but when I went to register, the form was altering my password unexpectedly and it just wouldn’t work. I even tried to reset my password through email.
I reached out to customer support via chat, and they told me, 'Your email might already be in our system from before....what!!!! (I’ve never used you) and you need to email us first so we can delete the account and start over.' Seriously, isn’t that what the 'forgot password' option is supposed to handle?
If your registration process is this broken, I’m not even interested in checking out the rest of your offerings.

"Terrible customer support"
Absolutely terrible customer support. They just don’t get English. They don’t care one bit about your inquiries, and they’ll hit you with extra fees at the end of the month. I even asked them to close my account, but they ignored me and charged my account again the following month.

"Total Rip-off"
This is a total rip-off! They've been pulling money from my account for two years since I canceled. They act like they have no clue about my emails until I finally showed them proof. No refunds at all, and honestly, shocking doesn’t even begin to cover it!!!
